Refund Policy
This Refund Policy covers fees you pay directly to Curevora for our tools. It does not cover payments your customers send you through Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, or PayPal, those transactions are between you and your customer, inside that payment app, and any dispute or refund on that transaction is handled through that app, not through Curevora.

Manual Pay install fee ($500)
If we haven't started configuring your store yet, you can request a full refund at any time before work begins. Once we've started the install, we'll refund the unused portion if you cancel before it's complete. Once your Manual Pay setup is live on your store and working as scoped, the install fee is non-refundable, since the work has been delivered, if something isn't working as scoped, tell us and we'll fix it rather than refund it.
Monthly maintenance / subscription fees
Manual Pay $10/month, QR Checkout dashboard subscription: Billed month to month. Cancel anytime and you won't be charged for the next cycle; we don't provide partial-month refunds for time already used, but if a billing error occurs on our end, we'll correct it in full.
Founding pricing
If you've locked in founding-vendor pricing on the QR Checkout dashboard, cancelling means giving up that rate; resubscribing later may be at then-current pricing.
Disputes
If you think a charge from Curevora is wrong, email info@curevora.com within 30 days and we'll look into it.
