Curevora Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, free trials, and subscription charges work for Curevora.
This policy applies to fees paid directly to Curevora for Curevora subscriptions, products, or services. It does not apply to payments made between vendors and their customers through Venmo or another third-party service.
1. Free Plan
Curevora's Free plan costs $0 and does not require a paid subscription or free trial.
Because there is no Curevora subscription charge for the Free plan, there is no subscription payment to refund.
2. Starter and Pro 14-Day Free Trials
Curevora's Starter and Pro plans include a 14-day free trial.
Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your selected paid subscription begins after the trial period and the payment method associated with your subscription will be charged the applicable monthly or annual subscription price.
Curevora does not charge the Starter or Pro subscription fee during the 14-day trial period.
Where required by applicable law, Curevora will provide applicable notice before a free trial ends and a paid subscription begins.
You may cancel during the free trial to avoid the first subscription charge.
3. Monthly and Annual Subscriptions
Starter and Pro are recurring subscription plans available on a monthly or annual basis.
Unless a different billing arrangement is clearly disclosed when you subscribe, your subscription renews automatically at the billing interval you selected until you cancel it.
The price and billing interval applicable to your subscription are shown when you subscribe and may also be available through your Curevora account or billing portal.
Where required by applicable law, Curevora will provide applicable notices before an automatic renewal.
4. Canceling a Paid Subscription
You may cancel your Starter or Pro subscription at any time through the cancellation options made available through your Curevora account or billing portal, or by contacting Curevora at info@curevora.com.
Cancellation stops future subscription renewals. It does not ordinarily reverse a charge that has already been made for the current billing period.
After cancellation, your paid Dashboard access continues through the end of your current paid billing period. Paid Dashboard access then ends unless you start another eligible paid subscription.
Ordinary subscription cancellation does not itself delete your Curevora account, QR codes, or historical account data. Account deletion is a separate process governed by Curevora's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
5. Subscription Refunds
Curevora subscription payments are generally non-refundable once charged.
Curevora does not ordinarily provide full or partial refunds simply because:
- You cancel after a monthly or annual subscription charge has already been processed
- You do not use the Services during part or all of a paid billing period
- You stop selling at a market or event during a paid billing period
- Your business needs or circumstances change during a paid billing period
- You forget to cancel before a free trial ends or before a subscription renews, provided Curevora has complied with applicable billing and notice requirements
Curevora does not ordinarily prorate a monthly or annual subscription when you cancel before the end of the paid period. Instead, you continue to receive the applicable paid access through the end of that billing period.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or other remedy that applicable law requires Curevora to provide.
6. Billing Errors, Duplicate Charges, and Unauthorized Charges
If you believe Curevora charged you incorrectly, charged you more than once for the same subscription period, or processed a Curevora subscription charge that you did not authorize, please contact us promptly at info@curevora.com.
Curevora will review the available billing records and, when appropriate, correct the billing error or issue a refund or credit.
We may ask for information reasonably needed to identify the account and charge.
7. Problems With the Curevora Service
If a material problem within Curevora's control prevents Curevora from providing a paid service you purchased, please contact us so we can review the situation.
Depending on the circumstances, Curevora may attempt to correct the problem, extend applicable access, provide an account credit, or issue a full or partial refund.
A service problem does not automatically entitle every customer to a refund. Curevora will consider the nature of the problem, the affected service, the period of impact, and whether Curevora was able to provide a reasonable correction or alternative.
Nothing in this section limits remedies required by applicable law.
8. Setup, Implementation, Manual Pay, or Other Custom Services
If Curevora separately sells setup, configuration, implementation, Manual Pay, plugin, consulting, or other custom services, the refund terms disclosed in the applicable order, scope of work, invoice, or written agreement will apply.
Unless Curevora agrees otherwise in writing, fees for custom work that has already been substantially performed or delivered are non-refundable.
If Curevora is unable to deliver a purchased custom service for reasons within Curevora's control, Curevora may refund the applicable undelivered portion of the fee.
9. Vendor-to-Customer Payments Are Not Curevora Subscription Charges
Curevora is non-custodial payment-handoff and checkout-assist software.
In the current QR Checkout workflow, customers pay vendors directly through Venmo. Curevora does not receive, hold, route, transmit, escrow, or control those funds.
This Refund Policy therefore does not govern:
- Refunds a vendor owes or chooses to give a customer
- Venmo payments between a vendor and a customer
- Payment disputes between vendors and customers
- Venmo fees, reversals, account holds, restrictions, or other actions
- Chargebacks, disputes, or fees imposed by a third-party payment or financial service
Vendors are responsible for handling their own customer refunds, payment disputes, and applicable payment-platform requirements.
10. How Curevora Refunds Are Processed
If Curevora approves a refund, the refund will ordinarily be issued through the original payment method or billing system used for the Curevora charge.
After Curevora submits a refund, the time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on Stripe, your bank, your card issuer, or another applicable financial institution.
Curevora does not control third-party processing times after an approved refund has been submitted.
11. Case-by-Case Exceptions
Curevora may choose to provide a refund, credit, extension, or other accommodation in an individual situation even when this Refund Policy does not require it.
Providing an exception in one situation does not require Curevora to provide the same exception in another situation and does not change this Refund Policy.
12. Changes to This Refund Policy
Curevora may update this Refund Policy as its Services, billing practices, or legal requirements change.
When the policy is updated, Curevora will post the revised version and update the Last Updated date.
Material changes will apply subject to applicable law and any additional notice requirements that apply.
