Affiliate Program Terms & Disclosure

By Curevora · Last updated July 1, 2026

These terms apply to anyone who participates in the Curevora affiliate program ("Affiliate," "you").

1. How the program works

Curevora runs a two-tier affiliate program.

Commission is earned when a referred customer starts and maintains a paid Curevora subscription or install. Commission is not earned on the free QR code generator, since there's no fee to share.

2. Payment

We pay commissions monthly, net-30 after the referred customer's payment to Curevora clears, to leave room for refunds or chargebacks. If a customer's payment to Curevora is refunded or reversed, the associated commission is reversed too.

3. Tracking and attribution

Referrals are tracked through the links, codes, or QR tags we provide you. If a referred customer's subscription lapses and is later reactivated within 90 days, the original referring affiliate keeps credit; after 90 days, the account is treated as a new signup and open to re-attribution.

4. Required disclosure (FTC compliance)

If you promote Curevora as an affiliate, you must clearly and conspicuously disclose that you'll earn a commission if someone buys through your link or code. This applies everywhere you promote us, social posts, videos, emails, in-person recommendations, event tables, and anywhere else. A disclosure like "I earn a commission if you sign up through my link," placed where people will actually see it before they click or buy, is the kind of thing the FTC expects. Don't bury it in a bio, don't use it only once at the start of a long video, and don't rely on a platform's built-in affiliate tag alone.

You also may not make false or misleading claims about Curevora, its pricing, or its results, and you may not bid on Curevora's own brand terms in paid search without our written permission.

5. What you may and may not do

You may: share your link or QR code, tell people honestly what Curevora does and what it costs, and recruit sub-affiliates.

You may not: impersonate Curevora, spam people, offer illegal inducements, or make guarantees about earnings or results that we haven't approved.

6. Term and termination

Either side can end the affiliate relationship at any time. We can withhold or claw back commission earned through fraudulent, deceptive, or policy-violating activity, at any time, even after payment.

7. Changes

We may update these terms, the commission structure, or the disclosure requirements as the program evolves; we'll post the current version here.
